At Hayyat Foundation, we value the trust of our donors and supporters. This policy explains conditions for refunds related to donations, event fees, merchandise, or other payments.

1. Donations

  • All donations are final and non-refundable, except in special cases such as duplicate payments, donor error, or technical processing issues.
  • Requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the donation.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-15 business days.

2. Event Fees

  • 14+ days before event: Full refund (minus non-recoverable costs).
  • 7–13 days before event: 50% refund (case-by-case).
  • Less than 7 days before event: No refund (unless cancelled by us).
  • If Hayyat Foundation cancels an event, full refund or transfer to future event is provided.

3. Merchandise (if applicable)

  • Refunds/exchanges allowed only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, reported within 14–30 days.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

4. Digital Products (if applicable)

  • No refunds unless technical issues (e.g., corrupted file).
  • Issues must be reported within 48–72 hours.
